The Mayor, in his capacity as Police and Crime Commissioner for London, is required by law to produce a plan that sets out his priorities for policing and aims for keeping Londoners safe.
The Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) must send the draft Police and Crime Plan to the London Assembly Police and Crime Committee, which is required by statute to review the draft plan and make a report or recommendations on it.
The Committee will tomorrow question a range of criminal justice stakeholders about the Mayor’s draft Police and Crime Plan 2021-25. The guests are:

- Professor Marian Fitzgerald, Visiting Professor of Criminology, University of Kent
- Professor Nick Tilley, Principal Research Associate, UCL Jill Dando Institute of Security and Crime Science
- Patrick Green, Chief Executive Officer, The Ben Kinsella Trust

- Judith Banjoko, Interim CEO, Solace Women’s Aid
- Tayo Disu, Chair, London Communities Policing Partnership (LCP2)

The meeting will take place on Wednesday, 1 December 2021 from 10am, in the Chamber at City Hall (The Queen’s Walk, London SE1).
