Transport for London (TfL) estimates that congestion will increase by 60 per cent in central London, 25 percent in inner London and 15 per cent in outer London over the next 15 years.
The London Assembly Transport Committee meets tomorrow to discuss changes in traffic congestion, the impacts of cycling and pedestrian schemes, taxi and private hire vehicles, commercial traffic, road charging, road infrastructure, car clubs, buses, roadworks and modal shift. The guests are:
