OPDC Aerial
Created on
03 January 2020

In July 2017, the Government launched the Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF). In March 2019, Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) was awarded the full £250 million to enable the delivery of thousands of homes in West London but in a recently released press release, OPDC made it clear the funding provisionally allocated by the Government is no longer being pursued.

The London Assembly Budget and Performance Committee will question OPDC on Monday on its Budget for 2020-21 with questions on HIF funding, Car Giant and Governance.

The guests are:

  • Liz Peace CBE, Chair OPDC
  • David Lunts, Interim Chief Executive Officer, OPDC
  • Jasbir Sandhu, Interim Chief Finance Officer, OPDC
  • David Gallie, Assistant Director of Group Finance, GLA

The meetings will take place on Monday, 6 January at 12pm in The Chamber, at City Hall (The Queen’s Walk, London SE1).

Media and members of the public are invited to attend

The meeting can also be viewed LIVE via webcast or on our YouTube channel.
