TfL’s Equity in motion document says, “Since 2017, frontline colleagues have received disability equality training, while professional services staff have access to ongoing training, including an introduction to non-visible disabilities and neurodiversity. Colleagues across the rest of the network, including our contact centre and our bus drivers receive training in diversity, equality and inclusion. We are taking steps to make standards in training more consistent and diversify how we offer training.” Can you explain why bus drivers are not counted as frontline staff?
