TfL’s Equity in motion document says, “Since 2017, frontline colleagues have received disability equality training, while professional services staff have access to ongoing training, including an introduction to non-visible disabilities and neurodiversity. Colleagues across the rest of the network, including our contact centre and our bus drivers receive training in diversity, equality and inclusion.
