Given that the Education Maintenance Allowance has allowed 95,219 students across London to attend further education and given them the opportunity to study at university, does the Mayor support the abolition of the Education Maintenance Allowance? Does the Mayor accept evidence from Lambeth College that students receiving Educational Maintenance Allowance are 15% more likely to complete their course than those not receiving the allowance and are 13% more likely to pass their course?
