Do you share the National Housing Federation's belief that reducing housing benefit payments for under-occupancy will cost the Government more because 180,000 tenants are currently occupying two-bedroom homes, but only 68,000 one bedroom social housing homes were available in 2009/2010? Do you support the reduction in housing benefit for under-occupancy, is there likely to be a shortfall in London of smaller units for those forced out of homes and what representations have you made to the Government regarding this?
