In your answer to my question (MQT 1800 / 2012) on cycling in Cutty Sark Gardens, you say that TfL will be raising the issue with RB Greenwich. Was it assumed that people could cycle through Cutty Sark Gardens when TfL awarded LIP funding to build the east-west east-west route through the naval college, which now terminates at the park? Was TfL money used to finance the Sustrans National Cycle Network routeing via the Thamespath from Deptford which now comes to a halt at Cutty Sark Gardens?
