You stated in your answer to Question 2014/2610 that if step-free access is not available at a station a taxi can be offered to the nearest available step free station en route, or to the customer's final destination. Is this made clear to customers that need the assistance? How is this advertised to relevant customers?

Health Inequalities Strategy

We have not seen a health inequalities strategy from the Mayor's Office since 2010. Can the Mayor now give us a time table for a plan to deal with the widening gaps in health outcomes in London before diverting his attention to become PM?
