During increased spending cuts, particularly in the division of money spent on mental health care, what steps is the Mayor taking to promote young Londoners' quick access to long term mental health support? Bearing in mind that around 8.9% of 16-24 year old have self-harmed in their lifetime and 6.2% of 16-24 year olds have attempted suicide in their lifetime according to Young Minds.
