Night Tube Service - Complaints

I have come across a few cases recently, including one from a resident in a flat on Central Line, about noise and vibration from the night service. It seems that residents with complaints do not quite know how to and whom they can complain? What measures, such as publicity, are undertaken by TfL to advise residents clearly their right and ways to complain?

Honour Based Violence and Forced Marriage

HMIC Report (December 2015) examined the approach of police forces in England and Wales in relation to the protection of victims from the harm caused by honour based violence, forced marriage and FGM. The report made a series of recommendations for implementation by June 2016 and a further recommendation for implementation by 8 December 2016. Where does Met Police stand in the context of this report?

Harrow & Wealdstone Station

I have received complaints about toilets being often out of action, clock in the ticket hall not working and clock tower too has problems. A working groups was meant to have set up with the various operators including TfL but nothing has come about to date. Can you please look into the refurb and repairs issues at the station and also let me know what the status of the Working Group is?

What discussions have you had with City of London on their proposals to have enhanced security? I understand a new scheme will be subject to a consultation but, if approved, the measures would be fully implemented by 2022. Do you support this?

What do you think of Ranil Jayawardena MP's Electoral Reform Bill 2016 to scrap the proportional "additional member system" in the elected assembly, which holds the Mayor of London to account, and revert its elections to the non-proportional First Past the Post (FPTP) system?

I welcome your answer to Question No: 2016/4946 in which you said you have plans to invest more than £50m in the Wembley and Alperton housing zones in Brent and the Heart of Harrow housing zone that cumulatively aim to deliver more than 10,000 new homes, many of which will be affordable. Are you able to give a firm figures, separately for Brent and Harrow, as to how many of those will be affordable?

What reaction does the Mayor have to the suggestion by NHS Chief Executive Simon Stevens, and his recent comments that binge drinking was having serious avoidable consequences on the NHS, LAS and police services? Will the Mayor commit to action on binge drinking within his forthcoming Health Inequalities Strategy and action plan, given both the full financial and social cost of a single case of binge drinking on public services?
