Your response to Question 20172250 mentioned that The Sarah Hope Line had been launched to support people affected by fatal or serious injuries. How much was expended on the Sarah Hope Line for the period in question? As important and humane as this action is, because it doesn't do anything to improve the operational safety performance of TfL Bus Operations, why is The Sarah Hope Line considered part of the Bus Safety Programme?
