Does the Mayor agree that the report in the New Civil Engineer (June 2018) that HS2 civil works are £1.2 billion over budget is bad news for future infrastructure projects being given the green light? Business is expressing real concern that while Cycle Superhighways are to be applauded, the embankment design is leading to significant increases in congestion, poor air quality and risks to the mobility of the emergency services and a hit to business in one of the main thorough ways in central London.
