Waterloo Underground station

I have been contacted by a constituent who wishes to raise the following question: current information from TfL suggests that the Elizabeth Line will run four trains per hour from Hanwell and West Ealing. This is significantly fewer than the Mayor has previously stated, where it was indicated that there would be six trains per hour at Hanwell and 10 per hour serving West Ealing. Please clarify the actual level of frequency of service at both peak and off-peak hours. Please also state what will be the time of the last services from Monday to Sunday.

I understand that people who apply for a 60+ London Oyster photocard are given the option to tick a box for London Councils to get in touch with the person nearer the time they are eligible for a Freedom Pass. Please state how many people in 2019 ticked this box and whether any consideration has been given to making it clearer of the benefits of allowing London Councils to get in contact with people to inform them of their eligibility for the Freedom Pass.
