To assist in managing the portfolio of grant and trust donors of RollaDome and to identify and maximise opportunities.
Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products.
Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy.
Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.

Positively impact the lives of young people and their families, by encouraging roller-skating as a fun recreational sport.
Encourage young people and their families o pursue and appreciate an active and healthy lifestyle, to learn new skills that will further their personal development, and to develop a sense of personal wellbeing.
Teach the sports basics through structured, non-competitive, team-based activities, in a safe and inclusive environment. From traditional lessons and community projects to clubs, discos and corporate events; there is no one format for learning to roller-skate.

Ideally, we are looking for volunteers willing to spend between 8-16 hours per week with us.

Our roller skating sessions are great recreational activities, that allow everyone to develop fundamental roller skating movement skills and keep physically active. We encourage all our students to apply their motor skills and develop their agility, balance, coordination and speed.
RollaDome is based around our younger students and their families having fun, whilst staying fit and keeping active. The programme fosters skating confidence, develops communication skills, encourages engagement with coaches and our team, enhancing social development , team building, and shared learning. Whilst incorporating COVID-19 good practices. Hand sanitiser and temperature checks are mandatory. Students under are not required to wear masks, but if students are comfortable and safe wearing them, then they may do so.
