Create a registration system for commercial cyclists such as couriers, rickshaw cyclists; and food delivery people. 

As frequent road users (who are using their cycles for commercial purposes)  they should be registered with TFL and be required to have insurance.

Registration numbers could then be printed on a rider's "High Vis" vest and so would be visible to the police and other road users. 

That would create more responsible riding on London's streets, especially with rickshaws. Rickshaw drivers should not be allowed to carry passengers without being identifiable and having insurance. There are several public safety issues that need to be addressed. Issues relating to the safety of the vehicles and the people who operate them.

Air pollution continues to be too high. Getting around with young kids is hard: limited stepfree access on public transport, cycling with kids outside of parks is unsafe, broken glass and rubbish in the streets for toddlers to fall into, people parking on the pavement so there isn't enough space for pushchairs to go past. 

London is one big building site. Lots of shiny new buildings but a lot of the existing building, shopfronts are empty. I don't understand why old are not used before new are put up. 

London local authorities are not focused on social housing or housing where rent is held at an affordable level. So how can those in service industries live close to work to ensure they do not have a long commute? 

London local authorities are focused on new builds for leasehold or sharehold even though these are unfair systems that mean you own nothing and are just a bank account for the authority. You are at the mercy of the freeholder. 

London transport used to be the best. However, now it has become so expensive that I rarely use the tube and go places if can get there by bus. I am getting back to cycling but this will take time. However, there is no understanding that by keeping fares lower more will travel on it. Essentially the need for income has pushed the price up. 

London has lovely parks. I don't visit some of the larger ones as they tend have events that will be flocked by travellers and tourists. Events are far to expensive. Everything is for a price. 

London still has many who are unable to enjoy the new things as local authorities are not focused on basic needs. They are focused on income. 

London is no longer my home. 

We don't need any more luxury housing. We don't need housing that is scarcely lived in or bought as an investment. We need affordable housing both to buy and to rent so that people who work in London and keep it functioning can live here. 

The house landlord refused to repair the house .the job some times you work and the employer don’t pay your salary.

Support small businesses 

Given the horrific events in the Middle East, and the parliamentary Labour party not calling for a ceasefire in case they offend Biden et al. 
Could London join Barcelona in severing ties with Israel until a permanent ceasefire is reached? I realise this is not easy for a mayor who is already targeted by racist mainstream media, but I think most Londoners would support him, even if the Mail/Murdoch doesn't. 

I know it was rejected but please do not allow Gove to overrule the MSG Sphere decision 

London should be preparing for a time when individual car use is seen as archaic.  That means:

improving public transport and making it cover all areas of the city and be affordable for all;

making the cost of owning and running very big cars, SUVs in London prohibitively expensive;

supporting/managing car-sharing schemes;

providing ever safer and complete cycle routes for cyclists of all ages;

bringing delivery riders (those with L plates on scooters) into a proper legal framework that might even extend to requiring that, to earn money, riders must pass a test.

I am an old age pensioner 76, living in London family all grown up  I have moved into a small flat, I have my Freedom pass, so I got rid of the car and travel all over London by public transport, the the Elizabeth line is GREAT. There is so much free stuff to do in London and I am fully occupied, I belong to a lot of organisations that run free Talks And trips and I am definitely not lonely Plus I enjoy walking and London is perfect for this What a great city to live in. PS mind the BIKE'S.

I think we need to better understand The impact of expensive public transport and road/parking charging policy on generational london families who are increasingly forced to move across or out of London because of the cost/inadequacy/availability of housing.

And whether it’s contributing to growing issue of social isolation and the welfare of young and old who lose ties with families because it’s such a faff to visit them. 

Making skills easier to learn and widely accessible on social media platforms and through influencer network

My idea is investing in ai, nlp and machine learning tech to make skills easier to learn and money-making ways through things like sales, trading etc easier to learn by using this technology to make concepts and learning easier and simplified and perhaps with the assistance of people in these fields and make it a widescale campaign reaching young people on social media and through adverts etc.

Revolutionising economy and its growth with intelligent time reducing call and voicemail using tech and mixture of people, to reduce talk time and wait time, incorporating automatic messages emailed or texted and information given and issue resolved with buttons pressed on phone or voiced.

The mayor wants to clean the air but will not ban burning.

He wants to make London good for young people. He does not care about old people or about disabled people. That is discrimination.

He wants to build council housing for incomers but cannot accept the logic that nobody can build faster than millions can arrive.

He and all political parties have agreed to keep their own nice areas pleasant, by putting tower blocks end to end in cities, i.e. 'throwing us under the bus'   

I would love to see Cape Verde Island represented with their music, food, arts,etc.

I know it is a group of 10 small islands in the West Off coast of Africa colonised by Portuguese, but is shores is full of richness, specially his people and islands diversity and natural beauty.

By focusing on black culture, I hope that people can learn more instead of having unconscious bias and probably be less racist and ignorant, by understanding other cultures. 

Hi everyone, people age between 28 to 40 are struggling a lot for finding a place to live. The average income for a lot of people can hardly cover the rent, nothing else. I believe Londoners should be considered as extra unlucky when it comes to living in this city. We work were, we have a life here but we can't live here. 

Hey everyone, this platform seems good. Thanks for allowing us to express our thoughts here. I am thinking that London is a lonely city itself. Londoners are lonely. I would love to join a discussion where we could talk about these facts. I see everyone in city somehow very lonely. The city is great however its spirit is lacking something. I have written a piece years ago about this, I just check that piece again and again, my observations from before have gotten worse now. Can we do something about this?

I have an issue with the way the authorities deal with things, it’s far too easy for young people to be in trouble as data isn’t protected enough. A serious issue that needs to be solved regarding police/ Home Office involvement. Thank you. 

Let’s have more dignity and help for the homeless and those in poor-to-appalling accommodation. Build centres for them to have help, advice and community. Many high streets are being abandoned by businesses - let’s turn some of these central premises into places of hope and recovery.

Could we have some council run canteens/cafe's in each town centre in London providing tables, chairs, food and drink at reasonable rates. Buying a cup of tea and one slice of cake costs as much as a main meal in some cafes!
