Show full commentDo you know about JAZZLONDONLIVE, a listings site covering London and the south east, which is a website (www.jazzlondonlive.com) a mobile app and a printable pdf? We have been running it for 2 years, and it has attracted a userbase approaching 100,000, with around 25,000 hits per month. We would love to be involved in the Cultural Strategy consultation.

Show full commentI find it hard to find out of all cultural activities, especially plays, movies etc.. I subscribe to a Theatre news email newsletter, but it's mostly about special offers and musicals, it tends to miss out plays. Likewise for films, especially fringe films, I receive newsletters from Curzon cinema, but that's about it. Paris has a very good newsletter sent twice a month about all cultural events, and there's nothing comparable in London. I have copied the link to the Paris one below, it is very comprehensive https://www.offi.fr/?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=e-mail&utm_campai…

Show full commentI often struggle to find out what events are taking place in the middle of London. Often so many events, protests take place on weekends and I never know about them until I arrive. This is particularly irritating when I am driving in to Central London as without this information I cannot plan my journey in advance.
i follow TFL traffic news on twitter but this only has live information and nothing about forthcoming events
Often Time Out can be a useful source of information

WHAT is on decides whether or not I attend, not where it is.
