Mother Nature
Description:
The person in this piece represents how we are still part of nature and affect the world around us. The tiger represents animals, and they still exist in extreme conditions. The leaves represent plants, the feathers represent extinct animals, many of them being exotic (therefore colourful) and the bones represents death and how we cannot escape death.

Crying Child
Description:
This sculpture shows that crying is not something to be ashamed or scared about, but is a way to push away pressure, and instead find a solution. The ‘hope’ is symbolised by the vivid colours.

Overwhelmed
Description:
My sculpture represents humanity being unable to fix the mess they've created and then being overwhelmed by it. I made it using found items of rubbish. I chose things that are very colourful and interesting in shape to catch the viewers' attention. The significance of the piece is the idea that we need to start saving our planet now or it may become too late.
