LEZ Boundary

Redbridge's borough boundary with Epping Forest District means that Tomswood Hill and Fencepiece Road cannot be within the LEZ. However, the effects of this at Fullwell Cross mean that affected vehicles entering Redbridge by either of these roads must leave by way of Forest Road. Are TfL aware of the potential for bridge strikes at Fairlop Station and, if they are, then what protective measures are they taking to ensure this does not become a problem?
