In response to question 459/2008 you confirmed that £3,550 was paid to the Cameroon Forum in the current financial year. Can you now confirm why payment was made, which officers took the decision to make payment and if it was to provide services what tender process was undertaken? In addition will you please provide copies of any documentation relating to this payment?

Why does TfL believe it necessary to install three new bus stops in Church Grove in Hampton Wick within 200 yards of each other when there has never been a demand for even one?

With reference to your answer to Question 179/2008, does the Mayor believe that allowing HGVs to save three miles by driving through Kew rather than the M4 and M25 reduces pollution, given the excess stopping and starting caused by the large number of traffic lights on Chertsey Road and Kew Road?

With reference to your answer to Question 179/2008, you state that traffic will be directed via the most direct route "as long as the direct route is appropriate for that traffic." Does the Mayor believe that Kew Road is appropriate for HGVs given that it is very narrow in places, as are its pavements, is within a conservation area and has World Heritage Site?
