The 386 bus is a lifeline for the 28% or so of the elderly residents who live in the Kidbrooke area in Greenwich. During the past year it has been re-routed first for the snow (4 weeks), then for gas repairs, a further 4 weeks, and at other times as well. With Long Lane being used for Olympic football practice and the attendant extra traffic, are you able to assure the residents that this bus will not be re-routed for the three weeks of the Olympic Games?
