London City Airport - Land Value Compensation

London City Airport under its S106 agreement should have a Land Value Compensation (LVC) scheme in place to compensate those who own land in the Public Safety Zone (Crash Zone). As GLAP (GLA Land and Property Ltd) is a major landowner in the area of the airport, can the Mayor confirm what LVC has been agreed?
