In January 2016 TfL agreed that "Private hire drivers to be required to demonstrate a certain standard of English, with particular emphasis on ability on spoken communication - in line with the Home Office requirement for a B1 qualification when applying for citizenship". Of the reading, listening, speaking & writing qualifications which of them will a driver be required to pass?

Noting your responsibilities in relation to health inequalities, will you consider holding a series of workshops for London boroughs to promote access to treatment for school children with sickle cell disease?
