The London Sustainable Development Commission website includes the following statement: "The LSDC is exploring a range of issues related to energy in the capital including the sustainability and energy efficiency of tall buildings and the development of decentralised energy schemes. This stream will aim to make recommendations for further action by the end of the year." These recommendations were to be released by the end of 2015. When will this study and recommendations now be published?
