Over the last few months there has been a series of newspaper articles in the Daily Mail regarding Uber. Uber were originally licenced by TfL in 2012. It has been alleged that it took until October 2016 for TfL to ask Uber how their booking process works. I note that the 'Taxi and Private Hire Action Plan 2016', published jointly by the Mayor and TfL includes measure 10 on page 9, which reads: 'Ensuring transparency around the reporting of personal injury collisions involving taxis and PHVs. The MPS will start recording the breakdown of this data from late 2016, enabling us to start reporting separately on taxi and private hire collision data from spring 2017 onwards.' Is this data now available?
