Under the Victim Code of Practice, victims are entitled to be told about restorative justice. How many victims of crime in 2016/2017 and in the first 2 quarters of 2017/2018 were made aware of restorative justice? Please break this down by quarter.

London Stadium contract - seating

Clause 15.6 of the contract signed between the LLDC and West Ham United suggests that LLDC is only obliged to provide a capacity of 50,000 seats for West Ham United games. This would save a considerable amount of money in moving seats. Is this something that you have looked into?

There is welcome emphasis in the Draft London Plan on community involvement, and that areas should be regenerated in collaboration with local communities, involving a broad spectrum of groups and individuals, to develop a shared vision for their area. This is very relevant given the growing dissatisfaction experienced by local communities because of their lack of control over decisions which affect their lives.
