Previously, before the Dial-A-Ride app was introduced, two wheelchair users were able to book a journey together. However, now this is not possible. Can this please be reintroduced?

In response to my previous question 2024/1369 in May 2024, you stated that TfL is aware of the local concerns regarding the turning movements from Balham High Road into Ritherdon Road and plans to reinstate the left turn at the earliest opportunity. Can you please provide an update as to when you expect the left-hand turn into Ritherdon Road to be reinstated?
