I understand that the Metropolitan Police Service is rolling out a custody diversion programme that specifically supports Londoners under 18 years old who end up in custody. Could you tell me a) the budget for this programme in 2018-19 and 2019-20, b) how long is it expected to run, and c) in which custody suites it will be operating?
