National Register of Taxi and Private Hire Vehicle Licence Revocations and Refusals

Following Question No:2017/4174 I am pleased to note that a national register of taxi and private hire vehicles licence revocations and refusals has been created and available since July 2018, commissioned by the Local Government Association (LGA) and hosted by the National Anti-Fraud Network (NAFN). Has TfL signed up to the register, and if so when?

Go Sutton bus service

On the 28 th May 2019 TfL published a press release about the commencement of the on-demand bus service ‘Go Sutton’. Please confirm the exact dates that TfL will run this trial? Has any consideration been given to running a longer trial than the initially suggested 12 months to fully consider whether demand will build up on this innovative bus service?

I have been approached by a resident from Wandsworth who wishes to know what steps TfL is taking to rapidly roll out improved walking and cycling infrastructure using lessons learned from the Nine Elms development area on the Transport for London Road network where temporary measures, such as the use of traffic wands have been effectively used?

In answer to Mayoral Question 2015/4389 from December 2015 I was informed that London Underground is committed to developing ways to collect details of temporary station controls centrally to allow for the better management of stations and for effective learning across the network. I was further informed that methods in development include the modernisation of station log books to make them electronic to encourage the central collection of temporary station controls. Please set out in detail the reasons why this claim by TfL four years ago has not been delivered?
