What is the process for calculating the impact of ancillary vehicle movements – e.g. Uber, Amazon, Deliveroo etc – on planned development? There appears to be no consideration of this at present – which does not reflect modern life in London. Do you agree that this is especially relevant for dense developments and is currently a significant gap in the planning process?
