A constituent complains that the Safer Neighbourhood Team does not have enough members to cover the recently expanded Headstone Ward in Harrow. The new team consists of two police constables and a sergeant shared with two other wards. The head of the Metropolitan Police Service says that neighbourhood policing is a priority. The trial of a new service for complex colorectal cancer patients in Harrow has resulted in an 11-day reduction in the length of hospital stays, thereby saving London North West University Hospitals Trust approximately £176,000. Clive Efford MP has been in contact with TfL regarding the proposed bus route from Beckton to Eltham which is no longer being proposed. This has caused frustration and disappointment in these areas of South East London. Will TfL reconsider and implement a bus route through the Silvertown Tunnel and links Kidbrooke and Eltham?
