Your 19 October 2022 letter to the London Assembly’s Transport Committee regarding our Vision Zero recommendations says, “In response to the results of independent research commissioned by TfL, our communications approach will consider how to promote a culture of empathy amongst all road users in London”. Can you publish a copy of this research and explain how the TfL communications strategy has changed? If would be helpful to see examples of any new communications campaign.
