Question

The boroughs have got statutory recycling targets for 2003/04 to achieve. Recyclables is quite popular with residents and its value for money is the issue. High recyclers can also bid for funds from the London Recycling Fund, which a number of them have. Bexley have received some money, Camden, Ealing, K&C and Richmond, who are high recyclers and they can receive money from the London Recycling Fund.
