Response
I can confirm that the GLA does hold some of this information within the scope of your request.
1. A month-by-month breakdown of how many days a week the average City Hall worker spent in the office a week in the two years.
- The GLA does not record staff attendance specifically, so the GLA does not hold specific data in scope of your request.
2. How many times - in the last year - the individual with the worst office attendance has been into City Hall for work (redacting any personal information).
- Please see response to question 1.
3. Confirming in writing what the Mayor/ City Hall's official policy is on working from home.
- The GLA’s hybrid working policy seeks to support staff in balancing their work and home life, and that includes the position on remote working. The policy applies to all staff who are employed by the GLA and sets out that staff should work from the most suitable location, either in the office, at home or another location.
Additional hybrid working guidance sets the GLA’s expectations of staff to attend a GLA workplace between two and three days per week on average. Some specific roles require fixed work locations, and staff members who cannot work remotely will be made aware of this and are expected to attend an office according to their shift patterns.
4. Sharing any data (if it's available) on what the average office attendance was in 2019 and early 2020.

5. Sharing any environmental impact assessment that the mayor's office has carried out on the benefits that working from home has had on London's air quality.
