Community Member 4 years agoPlus one for littering fines. In my area an foi request showed that of 334 fines in Waltham Forest only 3.6% were issued in Chingford. I am fed up seeing the work of local volunteers planting flowers and trees being ruined by inconsiderate...

I am fed up seeing the work of local volunteers planting flowers and trees being ruined by inconsiderate morons dumping litter everywhere with apparent immunity from any consequences.

Community Member 4 years agoI have to second that comment, at least the part about enforcement. I am sick to death of the unsocial behaviour of some people. Why can't we set a standard of responsibility and shame those that disrespect our city? Not only litter but dog...

Why can't we set a standard of responsibility and shame those that disrespect our city? Not only litter but dog poo! It is such an embarrassment whenever I have visitors from abroad.
