A weekly "Quiet Day" with two development-free sites per Borough
Creativity and humanity works best if London had one weekly "quiet day":
A day where there is no road noise, no construction noise, no light pollution, no intrusion.
Mr Mayor: Please set aside two sites per Borough where no development takes place and nature can reign:
In conjunction with the "quiet day" this can allow cultures and ideas to thrive.
We are fed up with the constant building and traffic noise.
