Regard blacks and whites as equals

Why do you seem to put down white people, do you not think that if you do organise an event it's wrong to do it for blacks only what is your dislike of white people, when you organise your homosexuals marches you do not stipulate for blacks only do you, so why do you wish to do do in this event, when we voted for you as the fool's we are we did so on the assumption you were a human being not anything to do with you heritage or colour you should not judge people on their colour or race,

Try using our money to help those in need like the homeless regardless of their colour instead of pushing your own agenda.

Did you forget there are 3 main races? It's all the fight between Black and White and most forget about Mongolian race with their beautiful culture. Anyway culture doesn't depend on skin colour.

Hi alwin,

Thank you for sharing your views.

This event will add to the variety of events that City Hall already organises for Londoners in celebration of the capital’s diversity, including Diwali, St George’s Day, Eid, St Patrick’s Day, Chanukah, Pride, Lunar New Year and Vaisakhi, amongst many others. You can find out more about the events on the City Hall website: https://www.london.gov.uk/events

This event will be an opportunity for all Londoners and visitors to the capital to join together in celebration and to enjoy performances from a wide range of talented Black artists and creatives.

Additionally, City Hall already has a programme that is focused on tackling rough sleeping and helping London’s homeless people and you can find out more about this work here: https://www.london.gov.uk/programmes-strategies/housing-and-land/homelessness
