Do not do this
In light of the current financial situation I think it's incomprehensible that the mayor would consider wasting money on events such as these.

Thank you for your comments.
City Hall is working to continue to support the Culture and Creative Industries in a Cost of Living Crisis. Organisations led by minority ethnicities, children and young people or low-income groups are twice as likely to be at risk of closure within three months. Event initiatives such as this can help to support smaller organisations who may be at risk of closure do to financial difficulties.
Culture is one of the key contributing factors that makes London a World Class city. Creatives and creativity should continue to be supported so as to protect London’s cultural scene that so many Londoners are able to access and benefit from.
The Mayor has an active strategy to help Londoners with the cost of living crisis and you can find out more about this here: https://www.london.gov.uk/programmes-strategies/communities-and-social-justice/help-cost-living/what-mayor-doing-cost-living
