Help City Hall celebrate Black culture in London

Present a range of inspiring opportunities for young people to engage in. This could be time spent with a zoologist, equestrian, film television or radio production experience, voice-over artists, theatre, ballet or orchestra for example. Not every young person will get an opportunity, but a selection could be offered for the young person to choose from in a lucky draw.
