Our Retail and Hospitality Skills Bootcamps support unemployed and economically inactive Londoners into sustainable employment through employer-led, vacancy-driven training. Developed with partners such as Waitrose, Compass Group, and SMEs via our Multicultural Alliance, both 5-week part-time programmes align with live vacancies and guarantee interviews for roles including Retail Assistant, Barista, and Front-of-House Supervisor. Training combines practical in-person delivery, employer-hosted sessions, and work simulations. We prioritise underrepresented groups (Asian/Asian British, aged 50+, LLDD) and provide tailored progression coaching for six months post-completion. Over 190 vacancies and 234 interview commitments ensure strong employment outcomes.

Hospitality Leadership & Customer Experience Bootcamp designed to equip learners with the technical, behavioural and employability skills required for progression into supervisory and customer-facing roles in London’s hospitality sector. The curriculum includes advanced customer service, leadership and supervision, sustainability in hospitality, communication, and team development. Employer-led practical training in is integrated, alongside CV writing, interview preparation and job search support. The programme is designed to ensure that learners progress into Good Work jobs — including apprenticeships or internal promotions.
