Submerged
Description:
My piece represents being drowned in the expectations of others/ of oneself. The hand reaching up portrays the struggle of collapsing under pressure. The mask showcases being anxious or embarrassed to be different- therefore altering oneself in such a way that is considered 'normal'. They were designed to have interchangeable meanings.

Tree
Description:
I decided to submit this design because I care a lot about the environment and how it affects our identity. I decided to create an origami style tree and paint a landscape on it, as my message is 'if you destroy a tree, you can destroy a whole environment, but if you plant a tree, you can save it too.' We rely on our environment as it shapes our life; we take its food, make drinks from it, heal with it, it makes us who we are. The environment shapes us by helping us to survive.

Think about our today and tomorrow
Description:
I chose to create this painting because it shows water pollution and fish dying and getting injured because of plastic thrown in the water. This picture tells us to live wisely and think about protecting aquatic animals. Think about our today and tomorrow!

Stop Pollution
Description:
This artwork represents a nice city but above are clouds of pollution, showing that, although everything looks fine, the world is suffering. If this doesn't affect us today, it will affect us later.
