I have heard of many different instances where bus drivers have refused to give their numbers to passengers who wish to make a complaint against them. What is TfL actively doing to ensure that bus driver numbers are always available to passengers?

Do you find it acceptable that an elderly Londoner who cannot use London's transport system due to accessibility issues, waited an hour to speak to someone in the Dial a Ride call centre, only to be told she could not have the pick up she wanted?
