With regards to your response to question 2014/1949, can I interpret this to mean you do not believe that the high cost of private sector rent prevents many London's from saving enough money for a deposit?

With regards to your response to question 2014/1948, do you believe that Londoners on low-incomes, who struggle to afford to live in the capital, will appreciate your, in my opinion, dispassionate view on the cost of housing and rents?

With regards to your response to question 2014/1946, if you support the DCLG's 'How to Rent' guide, why did you not set up a similar scheme when we proposed it in our budget amendment for the financial years' 2013/14 and 2014/15 and when the Housing and Regeneration Committee proposed it in June 2013?

With regards to your response to question 2014/1941, clearly I do not believe you set house prices in London, but surely you have an opinion on whether house prices are currently too high?

In June you told Bloomberg Television that high property prices are "the right problem to have". Do you think that low- to middle-income households that have been locked out of home ownership because of the cost of housing would agree?
