  • Question by: Joanne McCartney

Will you look again at the possibility of putting average speed cameras along this stretch of road before there is a tragic accident and ensure that police have adequate resources to deal with this problem?

A number of my constituents have raised concerns that complaints reported online using the Met complaints page ( https://secure.met.police.uk/complaints/) have been lost and not responded to. When chasing the complaint, the constituent has been told that this is a common occurrence. Please will you look into this issue and make reporting complaints online process simpler, removing the need for members of the public to chase their complaint and ensure that each complaint submitted is taken seriously and dealt with thoroughly and efficiently.

  • Reference: 2014/3348
  • Question by: Nicky Gavron
  • Meeting date: 17 September 2014
I have been asked by a member of the public to put the following question to you: As a Londoner by birth and a resident for over fifty years, I have seen many changes to our great capital city - almost exclusively for the better.
