Can you explain the reasons for Transport for London changing its collision data to an apparently more 'user-friendly' format that has unfortunately resulted in it reporting a 25% increase in bus collisions after it introduced 'Quality Performance Contracts' in 2009-2010?

The Fish Island/Monier Road bridge will be converted from cycle-only access to vehicular access as a condition of the Sweetwater housing development. However, rat running is a real issue in the Olympic Park. At peak times in the evening around 400 cars per hour have been recorded as travelling up the ramp to Waterden Road from White Post Lane. The Cycle Bypass at the Elephant and Castle is going to be diverted into a park to facilitate easier access for HGV construction vehicles.
