A constituent has contacted me concerned that problems with capacity at No Second Night Out hubs can mean a verified rough sleeper added to the Combined Homelessness and Information Network (CHAIN) database is denied subsequent access to the hubs even if they did not receive any support the first time they were referred due to a lack of vacancies. Your new Plan of Action to tackle rough sleeping says you will double the number of outreach workers and give further support to No Second Night Out hubs. This may help reduce the number of rough sleepers who are turned away...
