Thank you for your answer to my question 2022/1007. Could I ask for a further detailed breakdown of the home demolitions (and replacements) that were given grant based on the existing homes being ‘obsolete’, including a breakdown showing the housing provider, estates concerned, and the reasons given for defining homes as ‘obsolete’ for the following three council areas: a) Camden, b) Kensington and Chelsea, and c) Lambeth?

Thank you for your answer to my question 2022/1007. Could you provide further information about the different criteria submitted by councils and social landlords to determine why these homes are classified by them as ‘obsolete’ and incapable of letting for long-term tenancies? If different criteria were used by different councils could you provide a table showing which criteria were used by each council and social landlord?

Thank you for your answer to my question 2022/1007, in which you wrote that an obsolete home is defined as one: “where an affordable home is no longer considered by the landlord to be capable for letting for long term tenancies.” Could you provide further clarification about what you mean by ‘long term tenancies’ in this context? For example, could a home that was previously used for secure tenancies but has been used for several years as temporary accommodation be classified as ‘obsolete?’

Your regularly published list of positive ballots, last updated 4 May 2022, is useful to see but does not include the local planning reference where available, the turnout, or the result in terms of the percentage of returned votes in favour of and against proposed development plans. Could you in future provide a table of ballots that includes this information as well as any negative results in the same table?
