Tony Arbour (AM): Are you aware, Mr Mayor, that the providers of sub standard bed and breakfast accommodation and the providers of beds in sheds are rubbing their hands with glee over the proposals made by the Government for allowing people to double the size of extensions in rear gardens without planning consent? Clearly, this is going to be an open door to provide the kind of sub standard accommodation which Mr Copley has been talking about.
