As Figure 2.2 of the Towards a New London Plan consultation shows, current brownfield housing contributions fall short of the Government’s housing need figure of 880,000 homes over 10 years. Can the Mayor provide an estimate of the maximum potential housing contribution for each of the identified categories, and indicate which of these categories currently have the largest shortfalls between potential capacity and actual delivery to date? The categories are: Opportunity Areas Central Activities Zone Town Centres Industrial Land Small Sites near Stations/Town Centres Other Small Sites Other Large Sites
