    Since you have been Mayor, TfL road safety dashboard data shows that 61 people have been killed in bus collisions. How many of these bus collision fatalities took place in areas with 20mph or lower speed limits? Please provide a spreadsheet showing dates, bus operator, borough, victim's mode of transport, victim’s age/sex, speed limit and the recorded speed of the bus.

    Further to your response to question 2024/1573, do you accept that the recent string of "poorly controlled" audit conclusions – such as Audit 23794 - Driving at Work, Audit 23030 (U) - Safety Complaints Process, Audit 20006 - Surface Transport - Bus Service Delivery Model – along with the fact that bus KSIs are higher than when you took office is concrete evidence that TfL's bus safety management has scandalously failed? Will you be making root-and-branch changes to safety culture and processes, and will you be changing the team and replacing the Chief Safety Officer?

    In your responses to questions 2024/0192 and 2024/1574, you repeated your commitment to TfL's Vision Zero goal of zero bus KSIs by 2030.
