One of my constituents informed me that they submitted nine applications for their ULEZ Scrappage Scheme application before it was successfully processed. What else can TfL do to speed up the processing of claims?

Some of my constituents are being charged £12.50 a day whilst they are waiting for their Scrappage Scheme claims to be processed. Will these charges be reimbursed to those who are actively attempting to scrap their vehicle, backdated to when they submitted their first claim?
